![]() | Rangers defender Kirk Broadfoot and Aberdeen goalkeeper Jamie Langfield have been called up to the Scotland squad after three withdrawals. Broadfoot's Ibrox team-mate David Weir will miss the World Cup qualifiers with Macedonia and Iceland, while Norwich keeper David Marshall is also out. Birmingham City striker Garry O'Connor is the third player to drop out of George Burley's squad due to injury. West Brom's James Morrison and Preston' Callum Davidson are also injury doubts. Both will be monitored before Saturday's match against Macedonia in Skopje.. Broadfoot, who is yet to be capped at senior level, has started all six of Rangers' matches so far this season, being deployed at right-back and in central defence. The 24-year-old, who joined the Ibrox club from St Mirren in 2007, has been capped for Scotland at U21 level as well playing twice in B internationals. Langfield, who has also played for Scotland B, has been part of previous international squads without making his full debut. Following the match against Macedonia, Scotland travel to Reykjavik to take on Iceland on Wednesday 10 September. BBC SPORT | Scotland | Broadfoot and Langfield answer the call |
